Please note that before shipping your product out to us, please contact us first so we can ensure we complete the process as quickly and painlessly as possible
You have 25 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Due to the safety of our customers, please note: that sterilized and disposable products are non cash refundable. We will issue store credit for returned unopened disposable and sterilized products with an additional $10 restocking fee. Pro tip: when ordering disposable and sterilized items, please ensure you have reviewed the specs thoroughly to avoid disappointment.
Your item must be in the original packaging and proof of purchase must be included with the item. Again, to ensure a quick and painless experience, please contact us first so we can coordinate the process directly with you.
For all other items: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from original purchase are non-refundable.
